Irma was born in Rosales, Chihuahua Mexico and at the age of 57 she passed away at her home in Garden Grove, California. Irma is survived by her mother Paula, son Ramiro Garcia, Jr., grandchildren Isaih Ramiro, Matthew Jacob, Natalee Alyssa, and Ramiro Andres. Irma was preceded in death by her loving husband Ramiro and her son Ray.
